Everything press, sponsors and partners need to represent The Lit Gala accurately — logos in scalable vector format, plus our colours, typography and a few simple rules.
Every logo comes in three formats — SVG and PDF for scalable vector, and PNG for everything else. All have transparent backgrounds. Not sure which you need? See the formats guide below.
When the circle would crowd the space — letterheads, email signatures, wide banners — use one of these.
Vector, infinitely scalable, tiny. Best for websites and for designers. If your software opens it, use it.
Transparent background, works everywhere — slide decks, documents, email signatures, social. Use 1000px for screens and documents, 2000px for anything large or printed.
Vector, for print. This is the one to send a printer, signage company or publication. Scales to any size with no loss.
No JPEG, by design. JPEG cannot store a transparent background, so you would get a white box around the logo, and its compression leaves visible artefacts around the fine gold edges. If something will only accept JPEG, use a PNG on the correct background colour instead, or get in touch.
The full-colour versions are built for dark backgrounds. On white or cream, use the flat gold or black versions — the metallic gradient washes out and the tagline becomes unreadable.
Leave clear space around the logo of at least the height of the word "the" on all sides. Keep other logos, type and edges outside that space.
Below roughly 120px wide, the tagline stops being legible. Use the wordmark version rather than shrinking the full lockup.
No alternative colours, gradients, outlines, drop shadows or effects beyond what ships in the files.
Scale proportionally only. Never stretch, squash, skew, rotate or flip the mark.
Don't retype the name in another font, rearrange the elements, or separate the flame from the wordmark. Use the supplied files.
The primary accent, and the colour of every one-colour logo.
Our primary dark background. The logo ships with its own near-black plate built in.
Light sections and the warm counterpoint to the black.
The polished-metal gradient inside the full-colour logos. Built into the files — don't recreate it by hand.
The logo is drawn as outlines, so you don't need these fonts to use it. They're here for anyone producing materials that need to sit alongside the brand.
Our name is The Lit Gala — three words, each capitalised, with "The" included. Not "Lit Gala", not "LIT Gala", not "TheLitGala". In running text after first mention, "the gala" is fine.
